Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was given a beautifully decorated premium room. The room included a comfortable bed and a large flat-screen television.
The minibar was not restocked daily. This was inconvenient. The ice machine on my floor was out of service. The gym had limited equipment. It needed more variety.

upon arrival, the friendly staff provided a warm welcome (i was really happy). the location allowed easy access to attractions by walking. the breakfast had many options and was delicious. i enjoyed the convenient parking discount after showing my parking ticket to the front desk.
i found the room a bit small. there was limited space for luggage, especially difficult when traveling with family and multiple bags.

the gym equipment are limited. it only has a few treadmills and weights.

the room was disappointing! lots of windows had curtains, but they were all detaching from the rails. the fridge was broken and its cupboard door was barely attached. i also noticed the shaving mirror lacked illumination, and the toilet flush was difficult to push.

my premium king room were very modern. it had a cracking bar where I could start the night. i got two access cards for room entry, and its something not all hotels do.
I found the bed moderately comfortable, but pillows were rubbish. they had clearly been washed and the stuffing had dried lumpy. house keeping staff knocked on our door just after 8 asking if we wanted the room serviced. It were too early.
